Project Timelines

Revisions and Approvals

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Clients will own the final website and any custom assets created for the project after full payment has been received.
Novatixel retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Clients are responsible for securing licenses for any third-party software or assets used in their project.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.
If the client terminates the project before completion, Novatixel reserves the right to retain the deposit or bill for work completed up to the termination date.
Novatixel may terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet their responsibilities or violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Novatixel is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased website traffic or revenue.

Confidentiality

Novatixel agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive client information.
Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of Novatixel’s proposals, methods, and proprietary information.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools or services into your website. Novatixel is not responsible for the functionality, terms, or policies of these third-party providers. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.

Governing Law
