How we helped Misky Incense E.I.R.L

We helped Misky Incense by fully redesigning their existing WordPress ecommerce and to make it sleek, modern and naturist, ultimately achieving a professional store that actually reflect the brand’s values: organic & natural. Their branding was posivitely affected after the redesign since the customers felt more confortable with the new logo, web structure and the ease in the purchase process. Additionally, we implemented some features to boost sales, such as:

  • Custom code to display user-friendly WooCommerce variations: The “selector” input was replaced for thumbanils for better user experience and conversions.
  • Limted Time Deals section: An exclusive section to display products on sale was added on the Home Page, alongside with a countdown timer that restarts the deals after 48 hours. This createt the sense of urgency on the deals and increased conversions.
  • Bulk discount rules: We also started offering discounts based on purchase quantity of the same product. Aiming to increase the ticket-value of every order, thus generating more revenue.
